1. Overview & Nature of Service

Presidents.wtf ("we", "us", or "our") operates an interactive, satirical geopolitical superpower ranking platform and digital micro-transaction entertainment experience. Users may purchase simulated sovereign defense assets (e.g., Drone Swarms, Stealth Fighters, Aircraft Carriers) to influence world leader rankings, or contribute military aid to defense crisis zones.

All assets, firepower values, power scores, valuations, and tactical metrics displayed on the platform are purely virtual and intended solely for entertainment, parody, and community participation. No real-world military equipment, sovereign state representation, equity, or tangible property is transferred.

2. Payment Processing & Merchant of Record

Payments for digital assets and sponsor placements on Presidents.wtf are processed through authorized third-party Merchant of Record providers (including Polar.sh and its underlying payment gateways such as Stripe). By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions and privacy policies of our payment processors.

All transactions are denominated in USD (or local currency equivalents as supported by the payment processor). You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

3. Sponsor Shoutouts & Content Moderation Policy

Purchasers may provide an optional sponsor shoutout message (up to 140 characters) and a website or social link to be displayed on the leaderboard and live sponsor feed. By submitting content, you agree not to submit:

• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or defamation of any group or individual;
• Malicious links, malware distribution, phishing, or deceptive URLs;
• Illegal content, fraudulent investment schemes, or prohibited products;
• Pornographic, explicit, or non-consensual sexual content.

We reserve the absolute right to remove, edit, or redact any sponsor message or URL that violates these terms without entitlement to a refund.

4. Digital Goods Fulfillment & Finality

All asset deployments and leaderboard boosts are digital services fulfilled instantly upon successful payment authorization. Because digital benefits and leaderboard standings are applied immediately in real-time, all completed sales are final subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Presidents.wtf is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your access to or use of the service.
