- Sponsor Content: Optional sponsor shoutout text and destination URL submitted to be featured publicly on the leaderboard.
- Transaction Metadata: Asset purchased, quantity, amount paid, timestamp, and transaction identification numbers.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and standard server log metrics for fraud prevention and security.
2. Payment Data & Payment Processors
We do not store, process, or have access to your full credit card numbers, banking credentials, or sensitive payment details. All payment processing is securely handled by our Merchant of Record and payment processor partners (including Polar.sh and Stripe), which comply with the highest level of PCI-DSS compliance.
3. How We Use Your Information
The information collected is used exclusively for:
- Fulfilling your digital asset order and updating the live global leaderboard rankings in real time;
- Displaying your masked sponsor shoutout on leader cards and the live sponsor feed;
- Delivering payment receipts and providing customer support;
- Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, spam, and technical glitches.
4. Public Display of Sponsor Information
When you make a purchase with a sponsor shoutout, your submitted message and destination link will be published on the public leaderboard. For privacy protection, backer email addresses are automatically masked on public feeds (e.g., us**@domain.com).
5. Data Retention & User Rights
Under applicable privacy regulations (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. If you would like your past sponsor shoutout removed or personal data deleted, contact us at support@presidents.wtf.
