Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Digital Goods & Immediate Fulfillment
Presidents.wtf provides intangible, digital entertainment goods and real-time interactive placements (including sovereign asset deployments, defense aid contributions, power score boosts, and public sponsor shoutouts).
Because digital assets and leaderboard power recalculations are executed and broadcast immediately upon payment confirmation, our general policy is that all purchases are non-refundable once the digital benefit has been delivered to the leaderboard.
2. Eligible Refund Exceptions
We stand behind our technical platform and want every participant to have a smooth experience. We will gladly issue a full refund under the following circumstances:
- Technical Failure / Non-Delivery: Your payment was debited but the platform failed to credit the purchased asset quantity or update the leaderboard due to a technical error.
- Duplicate Billing: You were inadvertently charged multiple times for a single checkout transaction.
- Unauthorized Fraudulent Transactions: Proven unauthorized charges reported before the sponsor period concludes.
3. Subscriptions & Recurring Charges
All purchases on Presidents.wtf are one-time payments. There are no recurring subscriptions, automatic renewals, or hidden periodic fees. You only pay for what you explicitly choose to acquire during each checkout session.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under an eligible exception, please email our support team within 14 days of the transaction date:
Please provide in your email:
- The email address used during checkout;
- The transaction ID or receipt number from Polar / Stripe;
- The leader name and asset purchased;
- A brief explanation of the technical issue or duplicate charge.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method.
